RESPIRATOR FIT TEST
Who should be tested:
- The fit test is essential for personnel who are working in upstream oil and gas industry initially assigned to a job that requires the use of tight fitting respirators.
RFT Certificate and Validity
Upon successful completion of the fit test, HRSB Training will issue a certificate and card indicating the results and the validity of 2 years.
CHEMICAL HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT
Who Should Attend:
- Human Resource Manager
- Company involved in manufacturing & chemical exposure
- Regulatory authorities
INITIAL ERGONOMICS RISK ASSESSMENT
Who Should Attend:
- Management & Human Resource personnel
- Safety Committee Members
- Facility and Operations Manager
NOISE RISK ASSESSMENT
Who Should Attend:
- Engineers
- Safety Committee Members
- Company Involved in Manufacturing and exposed to loud noise
